We feel it’s important that if you’re going to appropriate the largest bird in the western hemisphere for a beer brand, then you need to make a beer of similar stature. Weighing in at over 30 grams of hops per litre, it’s about the same amount of hops per litre as llbs per bird. Everyone still uses llbs don’t they?
Quadruple dry hopped IPA 7.8%. Extra pale ale base, wheats and oats, with a ludicrous dry hop of Citra, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin and Crosby Idaho 7.
