    Brewteam Member

    We are looking for a new member to join our brewteam at our production brewery! The role consists of working within a team alternating between both cellarwork and wort production. The individual will be working as part of a team so good communication skills are essential. The position operates as shift work with the 8hr working shift having a variable start time of 06 – 12. Outside of the main responsibilities opportunities for travel and event work are also offered but not required. 

    Key responsibilities:

    • Wort Production on a 50hl Brewhouse
    • Dry hopping
    • Yeast management
    • Centrifuge operation 
    • CIP + COP procedures 

    Requirements:

    • Brewing experience and/or education with relevance to brewing

    Additional skills (useful but not required):

    • Forklift Licence 
    • Scissorlift license 

    Salary:

    •  kollektivavtal, lön enligt ök. 

    Hours – full time:

    • 40hrs/week across shifts with start times 06-12
    • Occasional 2hr/day weekend checks

    Start Date – As soon as possible

  • Quality Assurance Brewer

    We’re looking for an individual with brewing experience but a keen mind for quality control to join our team at Stigbergets! Initially starting as a member of the brewteam and carrying out daily brewing tasks then transitioning into more quality assurance focus with reduced brewing tasks. The appropriate individual should be capable of picking up the current quality control process alongside the brewteam and further improve upon them in the future. As this role is split in parts the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential along with good communication skills and time management. Though focused primarily on QC of the beer this position will also work alongside our distiller in performing quality assurance for our spirit products also.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Wort Production on a 50hl Brewhouse
    • Dry hopping
    • Yeast management
    • Centrifuge operation 
    • CIP + COP procedures 
    • Sensory set up 
    • Quality data recording 
    • Off flavour training 

    Requirements:

    • Brewing experience at a 20hl+ brewery of 2yrs+
    • Lab and/or quality control experience with relation to beer

    Additional skills (useful but not required):

    • Forklift Licence 
    • Scissorlift license
